The Perfect Technique approach to proper mechanics can be customized to individuals, teams, coaches, fitness clubs and professional athletes—in baseball, softball, football and tennis.
The process for mastering the perfect technique is easy and simple:
| 1. |
Submit a video (VHS or digital tape) of your athlete—in a training or game situation—via an online digital upload or by mail. (Get details on how to film your baseball/softball, football or tennis video.) Or you can contact us to arrange a video session with a Perfect Technique instructor.
|
| 2. |
Sport-specific coaches and experts at Perfect Technique analyze your video using sophisticated software to identify strengths and clearly explain areas to improve. Click here for a demonstration of a video analysis.
|
| 3. |
You receive an interactive CD—your video with audio from Perfect Technique’s coaches—comparing your performance against proper mechanics using sophisticated digital technology. Included is a detailed, personalized plan and proven teaching sequence for building on your strengths and correcting identified improvement areas.
|
| 4. |
After a period of time to work the plan (usually three-four weeks), we’ll ask you to submit another video—or we can arrange another video session—to compare progress with the first video. We’ll then show you areas of improvement and provide additional instruction to help you keep working toward perfection.
|
First on video. Then on SportsCenter.
Young athletes don’t usually watch themselves on video, at least not from a highly technical perspective. Game film may isolate players at times, but it doesn’t add the sophisticated software tools we employ. And the players’ natural mechanics may feel right and produce some positive results, but are often fundamentally wrong, inhibiting future performance and the ability to reach the next level.
By viewing slow motion, frame-by-frame video—coupled with expert analysis and comparisons to universally accepted, proper technique—athletes can “see” their strengths to build on . . . and their imperfections. Plus they can “hear” from experts exactly what they have to correct to improve.
After our personalized analysis and prescribed practice regimen, and you follow our advice and training program, you will show improvement. You can then submit a second video and we’ll do a comparative, side-by-side analysis with your first one to gauge your progress. We’ll also provide an advanced plan for continued improvement.
All you need are the work habits and motivation to be a winner; we supply the technology, expertise and personal attention. We don’t just teach fundamentals; we teach winners.
