Simply, we break things down to build you up. Offering video analysis and personalized, step-by-step feedback and instruction in such areas as:

  • Balance and stability
  • Elbow positioning
  • Body and landing leg alignment
  • Lead throwing arm action
  • Weight transfer
  • Trunk rotation
  • Power push off
  • Arm slot/extensions
  • Release points
  • Wrist action
  • Follow through, deceleration
Slow-motion, frame-by-frame video and audio analysis
breaks it down to build you up.

You can film and submit your own video or good-quality game footage, or you can contact us to schedule a Perfect Technique video session. Here’s how to film a pitching video for analysis.

In addition to the video/audio analysis of your strengths and things to work on, you’ll get a throwing program that reinforces the fundamentals of proper throwing mechanics, plus a prescription for the type and amount of throwing you should do each day. We also include pitcher control drills that will train you to take the proper technique from the throwing progression through game-day performance. It typically takes 3-4 weeks for you to work the plan and “make it your own,” which means you can pitch with the proper technique we’ve shown you without having to think about it. We prepare you for competition by making perfect technique perfectly natural.

In the screen grabs below, the top shows the first video sent in, the bottom shows significant improvement after approximately six weeks of instruction.

Front side opens too quickly;
lead leg lands across the midline to catcher;
elbow is exposed to stress.
The front side now stays closed and on target.
The lead leg lands on midline to plate.
A more powerful, stress-free delivery.

We work with you like we’re your own personal pitching coach . . . because we are.

You know what you want. We know what you need. We’ve helped many pitchers just like you become better, become winners.
