Perfect Technique : Signup - Step 1 Registration

It's simple to sign up for Perfect Technique:

Register for a video analysis
To start, you'll need to provide contact information and information about the athlete by filling out the form below.

Choose a payment option
The cost for an individual video analysis is $95.00.

Perfect Technique accepts most major credit cards—MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover—plus cash, check and Money Order.

After registering you will be directed to choose your payment method: by credit card through a safe, secure online transaction, or via regular mail with cash, check (payable to Perfect Technique) or Money Order.

Submit your video online or by mail, or arrange for a video session.
Following payment selection you will be able to upload your video to a secure file-sharing website. You may also choose to mail your VHS tape, digital tape, CD or DVD directly to Perfect Technique.

If you choose to have Perfect Technique film the video session, there will be an additional charge and you will need to contact Perfect Technique directly to arrange the filming.
